Our credit terms are NET-30 DAYS after approval. We extend credit to schools, government agencies and recognized companies without delay- just fax us a complete written purchase order. Your purchase order must include your telephone & fax number, bill-to and ship-to address plus a contact name.

 Overdue accounts (60+ days) will be submitted to our collection agency.

We will ship UPS C.O.D. to domestic street addresses only. Shipments sent via UPS C.O.D. must be paid for at the time of delivery with cash, money order or certified check only. Checks from recognized companies will also be accepted.

Please inquire for international orders and payment conditions. Incoming wire transfer fee is $30.00 and is subject to change.

Minimum order is $10.00. Minimum order for export is $50.00.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will meet a competitors advertised price for any comparable item we sell if we have it in stock.

A 10% restocking charge applies for unclaimed orders.

All orders are shipped by UPS Groundtrack service, FOB Irvine, California unless you specify otherwise. Minimum intrastate shipping charge is $5.00. Minimum interstate shipping charge is $6.00. We also ship by FedEx (air only) and DHL.

Certain items may ship FOB origin.

We ship by U.S. Priority Mail if you're located in Alaska or Hawaii or have an APO/FPO address.

Please inquire for international shipping options.

In the event you ever find a discrepancy between your packing list and the actual items received you must notify us immediately.

New, unused items may be returned for 70% credit. Special order items are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Atrix abatement vacuum cleaners are not returnable for credit or refund once opened.

You must contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning any item.
